Spineless Wonders – 10th October 2012

10,000 steps a day is supposedly the recommended number of steps that we should aim to walk each day. Many people will manage far more, whereas some of us will find it a struggle to heave our lazy backsides up off the couch…

Spineless Wonders – 4th October 2012

Today I had this idea that perhaps Cyril and Willy should be doing their bit to try and promote healthy eating/living. It wasn’t until I scanned the picture that I realised just how out of proportion the two characters are to one another!

Don’t worry – tomorrow, as with most folk, the diet will go out the window for The Boys but rest assured, they will be back on track next week! 🙂
