Hiatus. That appears to have happened to me in all aspects of blogging. It’s not been a conscious decision to be so unreliable with regards to my writing and cartooning, it’s just the way it’s happened!
And so, on this my 29th birthday, I thought I would post. As many of you will know, I will soon be getting wed. I designed the invites and they are Spineless Wonders themed!

Apologies, there will be no Spineless Wonders today. Ms Katykins has a miserable stomach bug and, although she wanted to make up a little ‘we are sick’ cartoon, she didn’t have the buzz for it. Really, no critter puns intended! Hopefully normal service will resume tomorrow, but we’ll wait and see!
To the loyal fans, please stay warm and hydrated! We’re convinced Ms Katykins caught this bug through email!

I know some of you will have been waiting for The Boys this morning. Then this afternoon. Perhaps even this evening. The good news is, that at long last, I have managed to fix my scanner! Hopefully this is the start of a fantastic new period where I don’t have to pester my mother at all hours looking to borrow hers!

Last night I did something unforgivable.
For the first day since they were created, The Spineless Wonders missed going online without a word of explanation. I felt awful about that. However, life is a little overwhelming right now and it’s not that I didn’t care about The Boys or their very loyal followers… I just didn’t quite manage to put it together.
I hope The Boys will forgive me!

Some of you may have been missing the Spineless Wonders yesterday. Well let me tell you, Ms Katykins and the boys were out last night partying. Boy are they feeling it today. We wouldn’t usually see you on a Saturday but we had to make up for our absence. Let me tell you, the inspiration wasn’t hard to find this morning!
Now excuse me while I return to my Irn Bru… Would suit me better if there was a shot or two of rum in there, but hey…
